So, i have downloaded update from microsoft updates download and even thru media tool, whole update and windows installation, but nothing seems to work, while trying to update. After trying to install update, i was getting error , that windows update isn't ready cause of hardware error.

I figured out, just shortly after your reply While automatic update still didn't work i have tried with manual update, suggested by your link. Then i realized that i have USB stick connected to my computer, so i removed USB stick , then update was just fine and everything works now!
