Outline of the course :

Medcity Online IELTS offers you various packages to choose from. All packages promise high quality training and complete student satisfaction. Each of these packages have the ACADEMIC and the GENERAL TRAINING versions to it. So do check which module is more applicable to you: in case of a study programme in a foreign country you require to appear the ACADEMIC version and for a job or to apply for PR, you need to appear the GENERAL TRAINING module.

If you are a healthcare practitioner, do double check which module is more apt for your requirement: ACADEMIC or GENERAL TRAINING.

• At any point of experiencing a technical trouble with the portal (unable to open videos, unable to download PDF, materials not found in any one section etc.), kindly contact our technical team immediately to get things sorted.

• If at all you require to switch the module from ACADEMIC to GENERAL TRAINING or vice-versa, then a request mail has to be sent to [email protected] or inform the co-ordinator regarding this over phone: 8086719999
• Make a note of the number of trainer-assisted sessions you have received and a note of the number of practice materials you have completed throughout the training.
• The online portal will be available throughout the duration of the package you have taken, with one extra week of access.
• You are not allowed to take any break in between your sessions or extend the duration of your course without prior permission. Kindly ensure to send in a request in case of genuine reasons to avail a break from the training and resume classes later. These requests should be approved by the management and only after a confirmation, can such breaks be taken during your course. This also applies to extension of your course duration.
• You have the option to give a feedback or suggestion regarding the improvement of the course, during any point in your training. Any inconvenience suffered due to technical glitches in the portal or dissatisfaction in the mode of training, need to immediately be brought to the notice of the online team.
